After a brief battle with metamod, we now have radio on the server. !radio turns it on, !radiooff turns it off.

So...the radio appears to be broken as of June 10th. I'll double check today to find out. I'm wondering if the steam client update this week updated the in game browser and valved it all up. :donquixote:
